Usage Recommendation
It is used for covering pastry products and making decorative cake figures for decoration purposes. Soften the dough by kneading as much as you will use. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a clean counter sprinkled with Pakmaya Starch or Pakmaya Powdered Sugar. Put it on the cake or pastry and close the edges. For better adhesion of the sugar paste, you can apply a thin layer of pastry cream on the cake or moisten it with milk and honey water.
